This Power BI project analyzes mobile phone sales across regions, age groups, payment types, and customer demographics. I performed end-to-end data transformation, built a star schema by creating surrogate IDs to connect disjointed tables, and developed custom DAX measures. The dashboard features dynamic visuals including a decomposition tree, interactive filter panels, and multi-page navigation using bookmarks. Key insights include identifying India, Turkey, and young female customers as top revenue drivers. Recommendations focus on targeted marketing and optimized payment options. This report demonstrates my ability to blend storytelling with analytical depth for impactful business decisions.
