My approach to this dataset was to tell a compelling story about how AI adoption has accelerated over time and how it is reshaping the workforce across countries, industries, and skill categories. Rather than building a dashboard that simply reported KPIs, I designed the report to answer a sequence of executive questions that mirror how policymakers and business leaders make decisions. The analysis begins on the Executive Overview, where I establish the scale and pace of workforce transformation by tracking AI adoption, job displacement, job creation, workforce disruption risk, and productivity impact. Dynamic narratives and trend analysis provide context on how these indicators have evolved before and after the Generative AI era, allowing decision makers to understand not only what is happening but how quickly the workforce landscape is changing. From there, the report moves into the Drivers Analysis, shifting the focus from outcomes to their underlying causes. Industry analysis investigates the relationship between automation susceptibility, AI adoption, AI investment, and workforce displacement to identify where transformation pressure is most concentrated. Skill analysis explores AI replaceability alongside AI adoption to reveal which workforce capabilities are most exposed to disruption and therefore require greater strategic attention. The final stage is the Impact & Executive Action page, where workforce outcomes are evaluated through net jobs, productivity, reskilling investment, wage growth, and AI tool adoption. Rather than presenting these metrics independently, they are synthesized into an executive recommendation framework that identifies the weakest workforce dimension, provides supporting evidence, and recommends targeted strategic actions. Recommendations dynamically adapt to the selected sector, industry, or skill category, ensuring they remain relevant to the decision context.
