Operations & Risk: refund loss by channel × payment × product × reason. Tech stack: star-schema model, advanced DAX (lifecycle segments & cohorts), field parameters, custom theme, and ZoomCharts drill-downs. Outcome: an executive-ready view that moves from totals to why, surfacing actions on retention, pricing, and discounts.
