This is my first end-to-end data analytics project, built using Power BI and an animal shelter intakes and outcomes dataset. The project explores intake trends, outcome success, welfare risk, and operational workload drivers. The analysis focuses on identifying seasonal pressure points, understanding what drives successful outcomes, highlighting animals at higher welfare risk, and uncovering opportunities for strategic improvement. The dashboard was designed to support decision-making by combining clear KPIs, trend analysis, risk identification, and actionable insights.
