Project Overview: An executive-level dashboard created for the Onyx Data DNA Challenge to analyze the intersection of global AI adoption, workforce displacement risk, and reskilling budget allocations from 2021 to 2024. Approach & Technical Execution: • Data Architecture: Built an end-to-end local Power BI semantic model engineered to handle complex labor market dimensions cleanly. • Advanced DAX Modeling: Created custom measures for tracking net job growth, baseline metrics versus last year (vs LY), and policy maturity metrics. • Dashboard UX/UI Design: Implemented a premium dark-themed interface built purposefully around three specific navigation flows: Executive Summary, Detailed Analysis, and Strategic Interventions. Key Visual Frameworks Built: • Detailed Analysis: Implemented a multi-variable quadrant scatter plot mapping average displacement risk index against capital reskilling investment by industry sector. • Strategic Interventions: Integrated an interactive Decomposition Tree to isolate root displacement variables across countries and skill categories. • Actionable Diagnostics: Built clean clustered horizontal comparisons evaluating funding efficiency (Budget Share) directly against real output metrics (Job Creation Count).
