A few things that stood out while building it: → Job creation covered ~55% of displacement pre-GenAI. In the GenAI era, that coverage has dropped to ~50% — the gap is widening, not closing. → Food & Beverage, Media & Entertainment, and Healthcare top the list for displacement risk — not the industries most people assume. → The most uncomfortable finding: reskilling spend is nearly the inverse of risk. Manual Skilled Trades carries the highest displacement risk but gets the lowest reskilling investment per displaced job — while lower-risk categories are comparatively over-funded. On the technical side, this was a full semantic model build in Power BI — star schema, 80+ DAX measures, weighted risk indices across country/industry/skill dimensions, and dynamic insight-driven titles so every chart states its own takeaway instead of leaving the reader to find it.
